Holiday Closures

As we prepare for the close of 2024, we’re prioritizing something that matters deeply to us here at Digital Empathy: rest and renewal for our incredibly hardworking team. This holiday season, we’re giving our team an extended break from Tuesday, December 24 through Wednesday, January 1, returning refreshed and ready to support you on Thursday, January 2.

During this time, we’ll have a small team checking in daily to address urgent needs like:

  • Website outages or accessibility issues
  • Updates to holiday hours or pop-up notices
  • Critical errors affecting site functionality

For all other support requests, our team will respond promptly once we’re back in the office. This time away allows our team to recharge so we can bring you even stronger support in 2025.
